Mitchell Griffin
Service Delivery Manager
My name's Mitch, I've been in the Disability sector for 11 years, working in a range of different positions. Outside of work I enjoy spending time and going on adventures with my 2 young children, I also enjoy the NRL, music and movies
Amanda Montgomery
Operations Manager
Amanda comes from a background of Education and Psychology with extensive experience in the human and community services industry. Having worked as a support worker and being a mother to children with additional support needs, she is passionate about strengths based, individualised support that encourages participants to meet their goals, however big or small they may be. Amanda prioritises a personal approach to both support provision and human resources, believing that when staff feel well supported, they provide a higher quality service to their participants. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys reading, a range of craft and gardening activities and spending time with the too many dogs who live at her house
Jenny Smith
Administration Officer
Originally from the Philippines, I have a bit of a diverse career background. I actually started out as a high school teacher, which taught me a lot about patience, communication, and multitasking. Eventually, I brought those skills into the office world, building up a strong background in administration and bookkeeping. Today, I’m proud to be part of the team at Enduring Care, working as a Payroll Officer and Admin.
What I love most about bookkeeping is the opportunity to bring structure to a business. I thrive on organising financial records and the deep satisfaction that comes from meeting every deadline with accuracy. There is a unique joy in turning complex numbers into clear, orderly systems that help businesses succeed. I love knowing that my behind-the-scenes role helps support our team so they can provide the best possible care to our participants.
When I’m off the clock, my life is all about my family. I’m married and a proud mum of two—a 10-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl who definitely keep me on my toes! We absolutely love exploring together, going on family holidays, and checking out new places. But we also cherish the quiet moments—we are just as happy snuggling up for a family movie night or simply staying at home and doing absolutely nothing together. And when it’s time to unwind on my own, you’ll usually find me playing in my garden or cooking up something delicious in the kitchen.
Aaron Thayer
General Manager & Director
Aaron is a husband and father, he made a big decision to change career paths in 2001 and this led to a significant change of course. He finished a bachelor of Social Work degree in 2004 and went though different roles, family support work, child protection work, then for many years working with people who have mental illness and the many other challenges in their lives. Aaron feels that being able to help people in any way on their life's journey is a privilege and a blessing. This has also been a matter of faith for Aaron, being caring, compassionate and helpful are part of his belief and therefore a natural extension into his work. Doing this work has blessed his life in so many ways. In recent years, Aaron was discussing the need for high quality disability support services in Toowoomba with some friends and this became one of many conversations and the eventual launching of Enduring Care. Aaron likes travelling with family, gardening, sport and eating.
Stephen Belesky
Service Delivery Manager
Stephen enjoys interacting with people and taking the time to hear their stories. This was the main reason he became a qualified counsellor. Stephen has mostly worked in the community sector and has a strong interest in the area of mental health. Stephen believes that the most effective way to support someone is by spending time to get to know them. He is someone that likes doing things with people, rather than for them. Stephen enjoys a challenge. This can be fixing something that breaks or finding a great deal on marketplace. Away from work, he likes being outside, mowing lawns or maintaining the garden. Stephen's ideal place is somewhere near water and can spend hours either fishing or just enjoying the view. He also appreciates the simple things like taking the dog for a walk or having a coffee
Madalyn Pedler
Service Delivery Manager
​While working as a support worker, I completed my nursing degree. After working as a nurse, I decided I preferred more one-on-one care and returned to disability support, where I worked as a Team Leader before becoming a Support Coordinator for another two years. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening and hiking while studying entomology

Quality Care
Our team is experienced and qualified to provide all levels of support.
We select our staff with attention to detail. Their skills, qualifications and attitude to life are what sets them apart from the rest.
All of our staff have received certified first aid training, they can confidently manage emergency situations, provide first aid and CPR.
Police checks as well as vigorous working screening checks have been completed by all staff.
All support workers possess
a valid driving license,
keeping them reliable and mobile.
Our support workers love what they do. They treat clients with the same care, compassion and dignity they offer to their own loved ones.
