Ricky has always had a passion for assisting others and creating opportunities for the people he works with. He enjoys spending time with his family and inspiring those around him to be their best. With 22 years of experience in management roles within the disability and mental health sector, Ricky brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his work. He is also the Co-Chair of the Homeless Coalition, where he proudly supports initiatives such as the Toowoomba Housing Hub and the Clewley Park facility—both of which have helped thousands in the community who are experiencing homelessness and hardship.

Quality Care
Our team is experienced and qualified to provide all levels of support.
We select our staff with attention to detail. Their skills, qualifications and attitude to life are what sets them apart from the rest.
All of our staff have received certified first aid training, they can confidently manage emergency situations, provide first aid and CPR.
Police checks as well as vigorous working screening checks have been completed by all staff.
All support workers possess
a valid driving license,
keeping them reliable and mobile.
Our support workers love what they do. They treat clients with the same care, compassion and dignity they offer to their own loved ones.
